|Evans Brewery, Orange County’s Oldest & Largest Microbrewery began operation in late 1994 with the first beer being poured in February ’95. Originally founded as Orange County Brewing Company, through management changes, the brewery became Bayhawk Ales and then eventually, with a merger, we evolved into Evans Brewing Company as it operates today.|
|The word Cholame (Sho-Lamb) comes from the valley’s original Indian settlers meaning “The Beautiful One”. Cholame Winery was started by Andres Ibarra, who from an early age had a passion for wine. The beauty of the Cholame Valley was what inspired the winemaker to see what he could grow from that beautiful region. They now offer many varieties of wine, many of which they introduced to the region for the first time.|
|At Bottle Logic, We brew beers for people with curious minds and adventurous palates. At Bottle Logic, we believe there will always be a frontier to explore, that there’s no substitute for hard work, and that nothing is more thrilling than a mind-blowing beer.|
|Guillermo Erickson Sauza, a fifth-generation family member, produces Tequila Fortaleza, using traditional techniques. This is a beautiful artisan hand-crafted, stone milled tequila. Tequila Fortaleza is produced entirely within the walls of their estate, using centuries old traditional methods which, although are very labor intensive, create a tequila which is unequaled in taste and smoothness.|
|Ascension Cellars began when two friends, Erick Allen and Brian F. Sauls, were enjoying a glass of wine together one summer day. “You know, this is good,” they said, “but there is something missing.” And so, the quest for something better began. They wanted elegance, body, and boldness in their wines. They wanted wines that they would be proud to offer to their family and friends.What followed was good fortune by the barrel. Vast support came not only from knowledgeable mentors in Lake Arrowhead, who have been making wine together for decades, but also from family, friends and other winemakers. All were the inspiration for two friends who simply aspired to make a wine that matters.|
|Barley Forge Brewing Co. brews Belgian, West Coast and German-style beers – a blend of traditional, recognized styles and creative twists that draw from the melting pot of cuisines and cultures in Southern California. We’re honored to be Costa Mesa’s first-ever production brewery, and we intend to do our best to make the City proud. And not only are we a beer destination, but we serve food too, prepared fresh daily in our own kitchen.|

|Vinemark Cellars Winemaker Mark Wasserman grew up watching his grandfather, Papa Joe, make wine in his basement in Ontario, California for friends and family to enjoy. It was only fitting that later in his life, Mark would set out to honor his grandfather’s legacy by crafting wines from premium select vineyards throughout California, including vineyards in Santa Ynez, Paso Robles, Monterey and Napa Valley.|

|Tatratea is a tea based liquor and ranges from 32%-72%, this liquor got tremendous exporsure in the Nightclub and Bar Convention in Vegas 2011. Tatrateas can be served as shots, cocktails, on the rocks, neat or hot in tea. You really need to try it to believe how good it is!|
|Navarro Vineyards was founded in 1973 by Ted Bennett and Deborah Cahn. In the early seventies Ted and Deborah were searching for a perfect place to grow Gewürztraminer and settled on a 900 acre sheep ranch in the Anderson Valley. The ranch has a rugged terrain and climate similar to Alsace which promised that the grapes would ripen late in the growing season with tart acidity. During the last forty + years they have planted about 120 acres of grapes. As well as their beloved Gewürztraminer, Navarro grows estate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. Ted and Deborah have been joined by their grown children, Aaron and Sarah Cahn Bennett, who are actively involved in the family business.|
|Tucked into the hillside east of Paso Robles, along California’s enchanting Central Coast is Robert Hall Winery, where years of hard work and infinite attention to detail are invested into every bottle of wine we make. |Roadrunner Ridge is a young California winery located in North San Diego County. It is nestled on a hillside 10 minutes South of Temecula and 10 minutes East of Fallbrook. The Rainbow area is untouched by the hustle and bustle of modern day. Our vineyard lies on a rocky, clay hillside at 1500 feet. |Hangar 24 Craft Brewery began with a true passion for good beer, the absolute love of flying and the pure enjoyment of being around great friends. Founder and Master Brewer Ben Cook and his buddies used to meet at hangar 24 after an afternoon of flying to trade stories, talk aviation, play music and share a few cold ones that Ben just finished brewing at home. These days, the location of where these fine beers are brewed has changed, but the quality time spent enjoying a delicious, handcrafted beer and conversation with friends is the same as ever.
